Chris Bradfield - Chairman
A founder member of Sounds Commercial who combined early life skills as an electronics engineer, exhibition organiser and a DJ with his passion to provide both organisers and audiences alike with a great experience. Delighting in the fact that Sounds Commercial has grown across many sectors, by mixing creative flair with honest endeavour, Chris sees the current recession as a `back to basics` opportunity to re-emphasise the Companies strong market position.
Sarah Ross - Managing Director
Sarah, a graduate of Cardiff University, joined the Company twenty one years ago from the Hilton Group to bring her financial aptitude to a young Sounds Commercial business growing quickly in reputation. Sarah has never lost sight of the core values she strongly believes in and always ensures the Company delivers unprecedented customer service from initial consultation through to the delivery of an event.
Kieran Murphy - Operations Manager
Kieran joined Sounds Commercial in 1991 as a Junior AV Technician. He began in the Hire Department based in Bristol and quickly grew into the role of a much travelled Conference and Live Event Technician. His Technical experience in the Events Business is elitist with excellent skill sets in most categories. He is currently number two to Sarah and responsible for Group operations day to day.
Katherine Martin - Head Administrator & Office Manager
Katherine is a highly valued team member who has been with Sounds Commercial since 1994. She is the Head of Administration at the Company HQ in Bristol and PA to Sarah Ross. Katherine also works closely with the Event Management team as a point of contact for clients and delegates. She is the Company's resident film buff; she also enjoys travel and concerts.
