Renault UK carried out a number of training events in association with TASK Training Ltd for the New Laguna Launch. Events took place in various locations throughout the UK including Cambridge, York, Bracknell, Telford, Edinburgh, and Belfast.
Sounds Commercial were responsible for providing the pre-event studio production, particularly the animation of graphics used in the video presentations, the graphic design for the `on screen` presentations, including the opening video sequence. In addition in providing the design and print of the brochure material, the large format printing, the stage set design & construction and the audio visual presentation and technical support for the series of events.
Rebecca Small Sounds Commercials Conference and Events Manager was the link between each internal department in ensuring a seamless production process throughout.
Approximately 100 delegates were present at each location and the format for the day included opening with a main introductory presentation after which the attendees were split into two groups. The groups alternated between the conference presentations and a more `hands on` practical car driving experience, which took place in the various open spaces available at each of the venues. Experiences were shared when the delegates reformed again at the various breakout sessions.
The dealers all agreed the launch days were informative and that the information could be adsorbed memorably as the presentations were slick and professionally coordinated.
Following the completion of the Roadshow series Sounds Commercial produced a DVD with video highlights of the cars being put through there paces around the tracks, the highlights included delegate Vox pops with animated clips originated for the opening Roadshow video.
