Joan Smith - Venues & Event Director
Joan joined Sounds Commercial from the Hilton Hotel Group where she had been General Manager of the Bristol, and Newbury Hotels for a number of years. Her vast experience in running Hotels is of great value to our clients. A terrific organiser, `Mrs Calm` has experience of organising events for Sounds Commercial throughout the world.
Katherine Martin - Head Administrator & Office Manager
Katherine is a highly valued team member who has been with Sounds Commercial since 1994. She is the Head of Administration at the Company HQ in Bristol and PA to Sarah Ross. Katherine also works closely with the Event Management team as a point of contact for clients and delegates. She is the Company's resident film buff; she also enjoys travel and concerts.
Kelly Darwin - Assistant Events Manager
As part of the Event Management Team, Kelly is responsible for the data management of delegate registration, from processing the initial booking to the sending of joining instructions. Kelly's strength is her attention to detail and rapid response to client and delegate queries. Based in Sheffield, Kelly also looks after the day-to-day Hire bookings, the allocation of jobs and general office duties. Her hobbies include watching football, playing netball and going to the cinema.
