MWB Business Exchange Video Conference

Sounds Commercial understand that more often than not, there can be challenges set by venues, firewalls and international timescales to name a few, when conducting a Video Conference (VC) so we’re always one step ahead confident that every measure will be taken to ensure a successful Video Conference.
 
Day one, we were asked to connect from the office of a design agency to a company based in Sweden. Firewalls blocking each side of the call initially prevented the connection.  Working with the network engineers, Sounds Commercial overcame this challenge and was successful in making the connection on time providing both sides with a seamless call.

Day two, we conducted a call from our client’s offices to a London based office with a straight IP to IP connection. The connection on the opposite end of the call was unstable so the solution was to have the bridging facility on active monitoring in order to be available to immediately re-establish connection if the call went down.

Day three, the final call was hosted from out client’s office connecting to an office in America.  The connection was made using our own bridging service from an IP address to an ISDN address and ran seamlessly.

Sounds Commercial were delighted to have accomplished three different calls at short notice for our client.
