C4EO Hires Events

Sounds Commercial’s award winning hire department are delighted to work in partnership with the C4EO (Centre for Excellence and Outcomes). The Centre for Excellence and Outcomes (C4EO) is a national consortium providing information and support to professionals across Children’s Trusts, and is an organisation for whom quality is paramount.

Through a wide range of events, the hire team at Sounds Commercial, have worked closely with C4EO to provide, audio visual equipment, logistical planning and technical support to events throughout the country, culminating in three national events in London, Manchester and Birmingham. Our technical team devised an innovative internal e-mail system which allowed delegates attending these events to send to a central account of their views and opinions on various questions and statements, posed during the event. This data was then taken by the on-site support team and a PowerPoint presentation formulated to be fed back to the whole group. This methodology ensured that learning from the day was captured throughout, adding value to the conferences overall.

Following these events, C4EO Programme Manager for Capacity Building Dez Holmes wrote: "It has become clear after almost one year of working with Sounds Commercial that they have exceeded our expectations in every way.
