Sounds Commercial are very proud to announce that they have been awarded ‘preferred suppliers status’ to the prestigious Ashton Court Mansion.
The initial enquiry for the IBM Conference was to provide equipment for The Music Room, but this developed to the hire of equipment across six of the rooms in the mansion. The development of this project was handled professionally every step of the way from the initial enquiry through to the installation and the running of the event. Sounds Commercial offered 24 hour care and were on hand to solve any additional requirements.
The tight deadline set by IBM was provided the evening before, allowing only a short rigging period. In The Music Room, a 4 speaker PA complete with a selection of microphones, 4000 lumen data projector along with a 10 x 8 fast fold screen and wireless presenter controller were provided. Across the breakout rooms, Sounds Commercial provided flip charts, video projectors and LCD flat panels enabling the delegates to continue with presentations in smaller groups focusing on more specific areas of their business.
Due to the attention to detail and personal contact that Sounds Commercial provided, the day’s events ran extremely smoothly and in perfect symmetry to the itinerary. The confident handling of the requirements allowed the client to relax and focus on the delegates rather than the AV equipment!
