Affinion International Awards 2010

For the sixth consecutive year, Sounds Commercial was proud to produce the Annual Employee Awards for Affinion International.  Live from the Portsmouth Guildhall, the event celebrated the year’s successes and provided outstanding entertainment to thank 500 employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

The theme for the entire awards was ‘Cirque D’Affinion’, combining a mystical, enchanted woodland backdrop against individual aerial performance and circus acts.  Our studio produced a VT to introduce the event, a pre-event green screen shoot combining circus and aerial performers with stunning motion graphics and after effects.  From our edit suite to the projection screen, the specifically produced opening VT rolled flawlessly. 

The main screen was a bespoke designed 44ft ultra widescreen display system.  This backdrop caught the audience’s attention right from the start and using the specifically produced widescreen VT enabled the effects to flawlessly fill the screen to its maximum impact and potential.

The main awards ceremony was followed by a live performance by Cirque Bijou, a leading international circus and aerial performance group.  The VT launched Cirque Bijou into their tailored routine of circus acts, combining specialist juggling routines choreographed perfectly to music and unique circus performance entertainment.

The evening entertainment was rounded off by an upbeat performance from the ‘Supersonic’ band, one of the funkiest professional party bands on the circuit which added perfectly to the atmosphere and made the whole evening exceptionally fun and entertaining.

From conception through to completion, the Sounds Commercial production team and studio excelled themselves with producing a wonderfully exciting and completely bespoke event.
