One Jelf Conference 2010

This year Sounds Commercial worked alongside Glacier Point to produce and event manage the ‘One Jelf’ 2010 Conference which took place at the prestigious Celtic Manor Hotel and Resort in Newport.
 
We designed and built the set, as well as installed all of the audio visual equipment in the main room as well as a number of breakout rooms.  Our technicians were  there throughout the day to run the conference which comprised  of a number of presentations and videos which had to be carefully managed and cued precisely.

The guests sat around the stage from all angles which was achieved with the use of arena style tiered seating.  This worked particularly well to make all the guests feel involved and certainly created a much more interactive session with the presenters so close to the audience.  The day finished with an evening  dinner and comedy act which we supported technically  to the high  standard our clients expect!
