Redrow Charity Dinner

The Redrow charity dinner was held at The Grand Hotel in Bristol on Saturday 18th September. The charity in question was the afterschool club "ASK" at "St Nicholas School" in Chippenham, a purpose built specialist school for 4 to 19 year olds.  The funds that were raised will allow for more staff to be involved with helping and aiding the children at the afterschool club.

We designed and created the set for this event by using a bespoke single screen supplemented by the use of Starcloth that added a glamorous effect. This glamorous effect was enhanced by 1 metre tall, colour changing, disco ball table centres that looked fantastic and created a magical lighting effect. Our in-house technicians were on site throughout the event, allowing the presentations and videos to be cued precisely.

The evening consisted of an array of different entertainment. During dinner a live 20 piece live jazz band played throughout, allowing the event to get off to a swinging start! The highlight of the evening was a bespoke video filmed at St Nicholas School and produced by our in-house studio team.  As the evening entertainment progressed there was a street dance performance with members of the audience also joining in!  A DJ ensured the dancing continued well into the night to cap off a truly memorable and worthwhile evening.
