Making the Difference - National Conferences

The Centre for Excellence and Outcomes (C4EO) is a national consortium providing information and support to professionals across Children’s Trusts, and is an organisation for which quality is paramount. 

Building on the partnership developed through a wide range of hire events, Sounds Commercial were delighted to work with C4EO on a large scale road show comprising of four national events in Birmingham, Bath, Manchester and London.  With the main room consisting of presentations and a separate room comprising of fourteen workshop areas, Sounds Commercial successfully delivered all audio visual and technical requirements for all four events. 

For the main room, a full screen, set and stage was provided enabling all delegates in all locations to actively participate in the keynote presentations.  For the workshop areas, a cost effective solution of partitioning the room into fourteen distinct workshop areas using bespoke exhibition panels enabled the presenters in each area to effectively deliver their workshops three times a day with the aid of a plasma screen and laptop in each area. 

Working in close partnership with C4EO, Sounds Commercial was able to respond to the last minute requirement of filming the Bath keynote presenter in their London offices the day prior to the Bath event.  Following this edited film footage being shown at the event, Sounds Commercial implemented a teleconference solution enabling a live audience Q&A session with the presenter in their London offices, enabling interactive participation for a very impressed and satisfied audience.  With a dedicated consistent technical crew for all four events, Sounds Commercial was always prepared and always able to meet all requirements including filming of the main presentation and workshops. 

Post-event, Sounds Commercial’s dedicated studio are producing a promotional DVD to publicise the success of the national events and are proud to continue to build their very successful working partnership with C4EO.
