Change Management Spirit Conference

Sounds Commercial had the fantastic opportunity to work with the Commercial Change Management team of LloydsTSB in their CCM Spirit conference to assist them in communicating in a clear, concise and vibrant way the expanding remit of the CCM team.

This one day conference took place in the Grand Hotel, Bristol.  The bespoke set and stage was produced specifically for the event, comprising of a unique set lighting and sound system and large stage for the presentations, role playing facilitation and energising sessions that took place throughout the day.

Our studio produced an opening animation VT of the specifically designed CCM Spirit logo, comprising all of key messages and objectives of the team to greatly set the tone for the event and capture the audience’s attention right from the outset.  This was followed by individually tailored walk-up music and opening slides for each presenter and session.

As the variety of presentations, role-play sessions and video delivery progressed throughout the day, Sounds Commercial worked with a specifically choreographed Tai Chi group for an energiser session, whereby all delegates took part in this facilitated Tai Chi workshop.  These sessions helped with the groups mental concentration and greatly enhanced the event experience as well as engendering a spirit of fun and excitement.  Tai Chi combines relaxation and unique exercise to really help the group focus and work well together.

All 200 delegates left feeling energised, motivated and with a clear view of the direction of the CCM team and engaged in their event experience and role for the future.
